Heh, I never got my crusts cut off AND I used to get into trouble for not eating them! My mom was such a meany ;D
I always thought the crusts were the best part of the bread. I used to have to go “rock-paper-scissors” with dad to see who got the heel of the loaf.
That may be the most awesome thing ever.
So very impressive!
I’d eat the crusts first, and then eat the gooier, decrusted center bit, because, hey, save the best for last.
Bread heels support a way thicker layer of peanut and jelly mixture. Duh, when you’ve got three sandwiches worth of pbj on, they’re the best part of the loaf.
